What Floor Coating Colours do you Supply?

We supply 12 standard colours which you can see to the right of this page. We may be able to supply alternative colours if needed – please give us a call to discuss.

Can you provide an Anti-Slip Coating in your Industrial or Garage Floor Coating?

Yes, we can supply an aggregate to add to the coating to give an anti-slip surface.

What Area Size Will the Industrial Floor Coating Cover?

Our industrial floor coating, Surface Tect, is supplied in 5kg units.  1 unit will cover between 16 to 18 sq. metres depending on the surface profile.  We can advise you before you purchase the product.

Does your Industrial Floor Coating Have Chemical Resistance?

Yes, our industrial floor coating, Surface Tect has good chemical resistance to a number of acids, alkalis and oils.

How are the Floor Coating Products Mixed?

Both our Surface Tect and our Floor Coating WD are each supplied as a separate base and hardener which need to be mixed together using a mechanical mixer such as a paddle drill on a slow speed for at least 2 minutes.

How are the Floor Coatings Applied?

Our DIY products are very easy to apply even for inexperienced users.  Once mixed thoroughly, the Surface Tect or Floor Coating WD can be added to a paint tray and directly applied using paint brushes and rollers.

Where Can Floor Repair be Used?

Surface Floor Repair is suitable for internal and external repairs to concrete.

How Long Does Floor Repair Take to Cure?

Surface Floor Repair will be hard and able to withstand heavy foot and forklift etc traffic within 3 hours at temperatures above 10 C.

Will I Need to Prime the Area Before Applying Floor Repair?

No, Surface Floor Repair is a self-priming material but the area of repair needs to be dry and vacuumed so it is dust free before application.

Is the Floor Repair Strong Enough to Accept Fork Lift Trucks?

 Yes, these materials are designed for industrial use and have excellent chemical resistance.

How do I Mix Floor Repair?

Surface Floor Repair is supplied in 10kg units which consist of a bucket, a base resin a hardener and fillers.  This material must be mixed with a paddle to ensure an even consistency – we provide full instructions on mixing and using our products.

How is Floor Repair Applied?

 It is applied using a metal or plastic trowel and float which are easily cleaned using hot soapy water after use.
